The Randazzo on Garfield in Clinton Township carries caraway rye and onion rye. The best time to get it is saturday afternoon. It will be fresh then.
CARAWAY RYE
What happened to the caraway seeds in the Caraway Rye Bread????? For about 3 to 4 months now one quarter the amount of caraway seeds in the bread, I buy caraway rye because I like caraway seeds. If I wanted plain rye that's what I would buy. I can't even taste the caraway anymore. Please add more CARAWAY SEEDS ! Thank You

You use l cysteine in your bread ?!! It’s derived from duck and human hair !!! Can’t you omit this ingredient?
Onion rye
I have always loved your onion rye bread--especially toasted! However, I was surprised to see the price rise so substantially. The last loaf I purchased at Ninos in Bloomfield has developed white "mold"? all over. Usually I can keep a loaf in good condition stored in the fridge for a month of so, but not this time.
What happened, a quality issue
I bought the Italian Bread on 9/21/21 from my Kroger store, and it seems as if it wasn't mixed well or not baked enough. The center tasted very salty and the middle won't toast. As a consumer, I can't afford to through out bread or any food. This really saddens me, as I have been buying Superior breads exclusively for years.
